Case is new custom-made, hand-crafted, build specially for this beautiful watch. Dial is original, porcelain with Roman hours numerals, signed Patek Philippe&Co, steel blued hands. Movement is original, high quality, manual winding. Movement has wolfteeth winding wheel, gold screw compensation balance, signed Patek Philippe&Co, serial number 82811, dating the watch circa 1885.

Movement B quality signed Aghte & Ismer/ Kiel Shanghai, serial number 7123. Movement is manual winding, 2/3 plate, frosted, gilt, with gold lever and escape wheel, gold screw compensation balance.
